Sing & Say along the Way
Sing and Say along the Way” is a companion resources to use alongside all the three Praise Factory curriculums: Teach, Take & Tell (for 2’s and 3’s), Big Questions and Answers for little people (for 3’s, 4’s and 5’s), and The Praise Factory (for K-5th graders). It includes all of the key concepts for all three curriculums as well as the CD track numbers for all the Praise Factory music. Great resource for families! Teach, Take and Tell is a one year, 12-unit children’s systematic theology for use with two and three year olds. It focuses on twelve key biblical truths. The same Bible story and truth are presented each week of the four/five week units, allowing the children to master the concept and story. Action rhymes,songs, games and crafts reinforce and add variety to this basic core lesson. Big Questions & Answers for little people is a three year children’s systematic theology for three to pre-kindergartener five-year-olds. It presents 52 key biblical truths that expand the children’s understanding of the same12 Big Questions and Answers used in Teach, Take and Tell. There are 3 weeks of curriculum for each of the 52 biblical truths. A Bible story, reflective of the truth is presented along with the concept each of three weeks. This allows the children to master the concept and the story. Actions rhymes, songs, games and crafts reinforce and add variety to this basic core lesson. The Praise Factory is a six year, multi-age children’s systematic theology curriculum for elementary school children. It is comprised of 104 key biblical truths -- called "Big Ideas"-- divided into 16 units, common to a systematic theology. These biblical truths expand the children’s understanding of the same 12 big questions and answers used in the two preschool curriculums and add four additional big questions and answers. Within each 3-week Big Idea, there is an Old Testament, New Testament and Church History/Missions story presented. Each week’s curriculum includes 8 different activities to reinforce the Big Idea concept and story. Just finished updating Unit 4 of Praise Factory. Now turning to editing all the songs. We are re-recording them (at a studio this time!) and will be offering the Scripture Songs in original NIV 1984 and (new) ESV/Holman Christian Standard. Hope to also make them easier for download.

Would you be interested.....
We are comtemplating starting a more in-depth workshop for getting started and using Praise Factory curriculum. This would probably take place in late June (after schools have let out) and would include not just learning about the three curriculums and seeing them in action, but also time to actually talk to someone about your particular situation and then assemble curriculum (and other resources, such as games and flannelgraph pictures, music CDs) based on your needs.
Initially, this workshop would be right here in Washington, DC. If it proved helpful and in demand, we might consider doing it also in different regions.
